Choosing your dose

T-Revive protocol involves 2 medications, enclomiphene and anastrozole. Enclomiphene comes in 3 dosage options: 6.25mg, 12.5mg, and 25mg. Anastrozole comes only in a 1mg dosage, regardless of the enclomiphene dosage. All dosage options include 30 enclomiphene capsules and 8 anastrozole capsules per month.

If you are unsure of which enclomiphene dosage to choose, we recommend starting with the 6.25mg option. Once you have completed the questionnaire, your Seven Cells provider will prescribe the dose that is the best fit for you. Throughout treatment, the dosage of your prescription may be adjusted as necessary based on your experience.

At-home testing

Before starting treatment, we will send you an at-home testosterone test, as well as an additional follow-up test one month into treatment. The first test establishes your baseline hormone levels, and the second test monitors your progress and helps your provider make any necessary adjustments. These tests are required to ensure a personalized treatment plan. We will send you clear testing instructions and details for shipping them back, so you won’t have to worry about performing the test on your own.

How to take

The typical T-Revive regimen is to take one capsule of enclomiphene daily, preferably at the same time each day, with or without food. For anastrozole, take one capsule twice per week, ideally spaced evenly apart (e.g., Monday and Thursday). Swallow each capsule whole with water, and do not crush or chew them. Consistency is key to achieving the best results, so adhere to the schedule and consult your healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns about your dosage.

After you’ve completed your at-home test, you will send the results to the lab. A shipping label is included within the testing kit that can be used to cover all shipping expenses and details. Upon arrival to the lab, it only takes a matter of days to become completely approved for your custom plan.

Why are 2 medications necessary?

Using both enclomiphene and anastrozole together in T-Revive is essential for achieving the best results. Enclomiphene stimulates the body’s natural production of testosterone, but as testosterone levels increase, it can be converted into estrogen, potentially leading to unwanted side effects. Anastrozole addresses this, ensuring that the increased testosterone levels are effective and balanced. Together, these medications provide a comprehensive approach to optimizing testosterone levels while minimizing potential estrogen-related issues, ensuring the most effective and balanced hormonal treatment.

How does the subscription work?

Patients will be prompted to submit their payment information once at the beginning of treatment. All subsequent payments for automatic refills will be processed with the provided information automatically each month. Patients will be able to opt out of this subscription at any time. As with all orders, prescribed subscriptions could take up to 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Refills are available for 12 months without repeating questionnaire.
