Providing bloodwork
To start treatment and for each 6-month renewal, you must provide lab results. You may upload previous lab results during the checkout process if they meet the below requirements, or you can obtain new labs after submitting your prescription request. We recommend LabCorp On Demand or Quest Diagnostics for new labs.
Results include values for free testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), and estradiol at minimum. Results were collected within the past 90 days. Document must be official and show that the testing was performed at a legitimate lab.Note: While it is not required to submit your labs in the intake forms, they must be submitted within 10 days. The doctor will not review your request until bloodwork is provided.
