How to take

Oseltamivir works best if taken within 48 hours of developing flu symptoms. You should take one capsule twice daily for five days, and continue even if you start feeling better. Take the capsules once in the morning and once in the evening, with or without food. If you have close contact with someone who has the flu and want to protect yourself from getting it, you should take one tablet within 48 hours of being exposed and continue taking one tablet daily for 10 days.
