How it works
Each ester absorbs at a different pace: enanthate kicks in fast, cypionate lasts longer, and nandrolone supports steady tissue repair and muscle preservation. The combined effect helps mimic a more natural testosterone rhythm—while adding an edge for recovery and resilience.
Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor that reduces the body’s conversion of testosterone to estrogen, which can sometimes increase as a result of elevated testosterone levels. We add it to this treatment protocol to help keep hormone levels balanced, minimizing potential side effects like water retention or mood swings, and providing a more comprehensive approach to testosterone therapy.
What to expect
While everyone may respond at different paces, you can generally expect a lift in energy, mood, and motivation within the first 2–3 weeks. Libido and sexual performance improvements often follow shortly after. Changes in body composition, strength, and endurance tend to show up after 6–8 weeks of regular use.
Side effects

Providing bloodwork
To start treatment, at the 3-month mark, and recurring yearly, you must provide lab results You may upload previous lab results during the checkout process if they meet the below requirements, or you can obtain new labs after submitting your prescription request. We recommend LabCorp On Demand or Quest Diagnostics for new labs.
Results include values for free testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), and estradiol at minimum. Results were collected within the past 90 days. Document must be official and show that the testing was performed at a legitimate lab.Note: While it is not required to submit your labs in the intake forms, they must be submitted within 10 days. The doctor will not review your request until bloodwork is provided.
